Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 24, 2026
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They serve various purposes, from ensuring the website functions correctly to providing analytics about how visitors use the site. Some cookies are essential for the site to work; others are optional.
2. How We Use Cookies
Our digital infrastructure is optimized for security, not tracking. Flagship utilizes essential session cookies, managed by Cloudflare, to ensure secure, uninterrupted browsing. We explicitly omit marketing pixels and third-party tracking tools to maintain a hardened, non-exploitative digital environment.
3. Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be disabled. They do not collect personal information for marketing purposes.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Bot management — distinguishes human visitors from automated traffic to protect the website from malicious bots | 30 minutes |
cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Issued after a visitor completes a Cloudflare security challenge. Confirms the visitor is legitimate for subsequent page loads | 30 minutes |
__cfruid | Cloudflare | Rate limiting — helps prevent abuse by tracking request rates from individual visitors | Session |
cookie_consent | Flagship Cyber | Records your cookie consent preference so you are not asked again on subsequent visits | 1 year |
Performance / Analytics Cookies
We do not currently use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested before any analytics cookies are set.
Cloudflare Web Analytics, if enabled, operates without cookies and does not track individual visitors. It collects only aggregate, privacy-preserving performance data.
4. Third-Party Services
The following third-party services interact with our website but do not set cookies on your browser:
- Google Search Console: A webmaster tool that provides data about how Google crawls and indexes our website. It does not set cookies on visitor browsers or collect personal visitor data
- Bing Webmaster Tools: Microsoft's equivalent service for Bing search. Same scope — no visitor cookies or personal data collection
- Formspree: Processes contact form submissions. Does not set cookies. See our Privacy Policy for details on form data handling
- Google Fonts: Our website loads fonts from Google's font service. Google may log requests but does not set tracking cookies through this service
5. Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are currently stored
- Delete all or specific cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all third-party cookies
- Block all cookies entirely
Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair the functionality of our website, particularly Cloudflare's security features.

6. Your Rights
Under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to manage your cookie preferences at any time. Since our website uses only strictly necessary cookies (which are exempt from consent requirements under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and ePrivacy Directive Recital 66), no additional consent is required for the cookies listed above.
If we add optional analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will implement a consent mechanism and update this policy accordingly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our cookie usage or applicable laws. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
